We aim to keep delivery timelines clear and reliable. Every order is reviewed before it moves to packing and dispatch, helping reduce errors and improve delivery accuracy.
Order Processing Time
Orders are reviewed and prepared after payment is confirmed. In most cases, verified orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days from the time payment is confirmed — whether via UPI or Cash on Delivery placement.
Cash on Delivery (COD) — ₹200 Advance Payment
To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent orders, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a non-refundable advance payment ₹100 for jersey, ₹500 for shoes and ₹200 for rest products via UPI at the time of placing the order.
Why We Collect an Advance?
COD fraud is a widespread problem in Indian e-commerce where orders are placed but rejected or not accepted on delivery, causing significant losses. The advance payment helps us confirm that you are a genuine customer and ensures we can process and ship your order with confidence.
How the Advance Works
- When you select Cash on Delivery at checkout, you will be asked to pay advance via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any UPI app).
- After payment, upload a screenshot of your payment to confirm your COD order.
- The advance will be adjusted against your final invoice — you only pay the remaining balance to the delivery agent.
- Example: If your order total is ₹1,000, you pay ₹200 now via UPI and ₹800 in cash at the time of delivery.
Refund of Advance
The advance is fully refundable if we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability or any fault on our end. If you choose to cancel an already confirmed order, the advance will not be refunded as it covers the cost of order processing and reservation.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
RN Sports Hub accepts Cash on Delivery. You can pay in cash to the delivery agent when your parcel arrives at your doorstep. No advance payment needed for COD orders.
For COD orders, ensure your phone number is active and the exact amount is ready for smooth delivery. Orders will be dispatched after placement without any additional verification steps.
Dispatch After UPI Payment Verification
For UPI orders, dispatch begins only after your payment has been verified by our team. If payment confirmation or screenshot clarification is pending, dispatch may be delayed until verification is complete. Share your payment screenshot on WhatsApp to speed up confirmation.
Delivery Timeline
Typical delivery timelines range from 4 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier routing. Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote or high-load regions may take longer.
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.): 2–4 working days
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–6 working days
- Remote or high-load PIN codes: 5–8 working days

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.
Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and all delivery details are correct when placing your order. RN Sports Hub is not responsible for failed or returned deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect information submitted at checkout.
If you need to update your address or contact info, please WhatsApp us immediately after placing your order — before dispatch.
