RN Sports Hub does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, delayed delivery, or personal preference. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the transaction is final and no monetary refund will be provided.

RN Sports Hub does not accept product returns for any reason once an order has been dispatched. All products are carefully verified before shipping. We encourage customers to review size charts, product descriptions, and images thoroughly before purchasing.
โ Exchange Policy
Unlike returns or refunds, we do offer exchanges under eligible conditions. Read below to understand how exchanges work at RN Sports Hub.
Exchange requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration of any kind.
- The customer must provide clear unboxing video or photographic proof of the issue.
- Exchange is only for the same product in a different size, or for a product of equal or lesser value.
Exchanges will not be processed for the following reasons:
- Personal preference or change of mind.
- Incorrect size selected by the customer (please use the size chart before ordering).
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Products missing original tags or packaging.
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
How to Request an Exchange
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Send clear unboxing video or photos showing the product and the issue.
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 1โ2 working days.
Ship the product back to us. Shipping cost for returns is borne by the customer.
Once we receive and verify the product, the exchange item will be dispatched.
